Subject: Planning for the Financing of Projects in our Village, through the "LEADER" Program of the Region or other relevant Funding Programs.

Mr. President, Mr. Mayor, Mr. Party Representatives, First of all, the volunteer group "Friends of Drosia" thanks you for your work so far
our cooperation, acceptance of the Requests we have submitted to you. Especially for the immediate acceptance, decision of the Board of Directors of our Municipality, concerning the planning for the periodic visit of a Rural Doctor in our village, we are fully satisfied, an issue that concerns all the Fellow Citizens, and the other settlements that constituted in the past the community of Drosia. Regarding which projects could be planned in the near future, the projects that could be included in second programming in the long term, the "leader" Program that was mentioned in the local press, (Article attached), is a pool from which the Municipality can absorb Funds, implement those projects that it is unable to implement due to reduced State Funding.

Through the Proposals we submitted a few days ago with our document and no. Prot.: 10. 214/12-10-2017, we are of the opinion that some projects can be implemented in planning always with the rest pending in projects that exist in the Municipality. For the best Planning and inclusion in a Program for the implementation of the Proposals we have submitted to you regarding the Regeneration of our Village,
We propose • After a reasonable period of time, which may be towards the end of November, (time when the Municipality has studied our submitted proposals, or later),

Schedule us a Meeting at the headquarters of the Municipality, where in this Meeting to enter a minimum Program of the works that can be done in Drosia.
• After this Meeting, guide us to the appropriate Service of the Region, where we can also examine there for the possibilities that exist for those projects that can be implemented from there, i.e. the Region of Western Greece.

Mr. President, Mr. Mayor, Mr. Party Representatives, Due to the fact that Regeneration, the Promotion of the natural environment of a mountain village, contributes primarily to the "Quality of Life" for those who continue to guard Thermopylae in this difficult Social Situation we are going through as a State, it also concerns our Municipality, as a natural recipient of the problems that exist in these areas.
