Excerpt from the minutes of the 14th public meeting of the Municipal Council of Erymanthos
Subject: "Approval of the execution of works on a property granted to the Municipality in the P.C. of Drosia"
In Chalandritsa, today, the 12th of October 2017, on Thursday at 08:00 p.m., the Municipal Council of the Municipality convened in public session in the meeting room of the Municipal Council of Erymanthos of the New Town Hall, following the written invitation of the president no. 10025/06-10-2017 published and served with proof to the municipal councilors in accordance with article 67 of Law 3852/2010.
Before the start of the meeting, the president noted that of the 21 members of the City Council were:

Mayor Thanos Karpi was invited and attends the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by Presidents-Representatives of the Local Communities.

After establishing a quorum – as 13 members were present out of a total of 21 members – the president opened the meeting and, proposing the 13th item on the agenda, gave the floor to the Deputy Mayor Mr. Apostolos Vgenopoulos, who brought to the attention of the city council the following:
Ref.: The application no. 8129/18-08-2017 of Mrs. Mylona Dimitra.
With the no. 82/2016 Its decision the body had accepted the concession of land owned by the H.M. of Patras, which is located in the location "Agios Athanasios" of the settlement of Drosia, in order to transform it into a recreation area.
In this area, residents of the village, but also people from it, have expressed their interest in taking actions to renovate the area in accordance with the orders and approval of the Municipality, covering themselves the cost of the required works Following the above relevant application of Mrs. Mylona Dimitra who is a member of the above group, the Municipality was asked to proceed with construction works of 2 stone
tables and chairs, small fencing of the courtyard in front of the Holy Church of Ag. Athanasiou, the construction of a stone fountain, the installation of an underground electricity transmission network, etc. as these are noted in the attached topographic diagram. It is therefore up to the House to decide on this.

HAS DECIDED UNANIMOUSLY

Approves the execution of works on a property granted to the Municipality in the T.C. of Drosia, in accordance with what is mentioned in the explanatory part of this decision.
