Subject: Repair of the ladder of the Community Infirmary

Mr. Mayor,
As we have informed you, the staircase that leads to the Community Infirmary of our village has a serious problem.

The problem is focused on an elderly person climbing it, especially during the winter months when there are low temperatures, ice, etc.
serious danger to personal integrity, from falling, causing an accident.

The fact that concerns the safe access to the Community Infirmary has to do with the incident that already happened last spring, where a fellow villager fell, was quite injured during the fall and we had its temporary closure.

Mr. Mayor,
Due to the fact that safe access to the Community Clinic, (a Clinic that was closed for over eight years), where with the assistance of the Municipality and ours began to operate, to offer Primary Health Care to those who continue to live there.
It must be radically repaired and offer safety to those who need to visit the Community Infirmary.

We recommend
In the following days, an engineer of the Municipality will visit (after consultation, for the presence there of the president of the community, Mr.
Zorla Dimitriou, in order to evaluate and launch the repair. Note that we suggest cutting the lower part of the staircase (two or three steps), which can be added to the upper part (which has the possibility), but where the platform there must be done to the left, because on the right there is an alley, for access to the house located to the right of the clinic. The proposal we are submitting to cut two or three steps is so that vehicles can safely descend to the church, taking into account that by solving one problem, we can solve another.
