\nSubject: \"Decision on the correct determination of the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Erymanthos and the Municipality of Ancient Olympia along the settlements of Drosia and Kryovrysi\"<\/p>\n
In Chalandritsa, today, the 22nd of November 2017, on Wednesday at 07:30 p.m., the Municipal Council of the Municipality convened in public session in the meeting room of the Municipal Council of Erymanthos of the New Town Hall, after the first meeting number. 11974\/17-11-2017written invitation of the president published and served with a receipt to the municipal councillors in accordance with article 67 of Law 3852\/2010.
\nBefore the start of the meeting, the president noted that of the 21 members of the City Council were:

Mayor Thanos Karpi was invited and attends the meeting.
\nThe meeting was also attended by Presidents-Representatives of the Local Communities.
\nThe minutes of the meeting are prepared using an electronic device and at the same time the employee of the Municipality Nikolitsa Skentzou keeps draft summary minutes.
\nAfter establishing a quorum \u2013 as 12 members were present out of a total of 21 members \u2013 the president opened the meeting and, proposing the 36th item on the agenda, gave the floor to the Deputy Mayor Mr. Apostolos Vgenopoulos, who brought to the attention of the city council the following:<\/p>\n
Having regard to the following:<\/p>\n
1. No. 281\/26-07-1918 final and unchallengeable by legal means (art.13, par. 1 of Law 3463\/2006) decision of the administrative court of the Prefecture of Achaia and Ilidos,
\n2. The exact copy dated 12-11-1960 of the minutes of the boundary committee drawn up on 09-08-1931.
\n3. The no. 30859\/ 13-09-1960 document of the Prefecture of Ilia on the definition of boundaries,
\n4. The Topographic Diagram of the coordinates according to EGSA 87 prepared by the Technical Service of D. Erymanthos (November 2017), determined on the basis of (1), (2) and (3) as legal boundaries
\n5. The necessity to have an identical position henceforth in administrative and other acts issued by the Municipality of Erymanthos, the Municipality of Ancient Olympia, as well as all public bodies in general,<\/p>\n
WE RECOMMEND<\/p>\n
The acceptance of the administrative boundaries between the Municipalities of Erymanthos and Ancient Olympia along the P.C. of Drosia and Kryovrysi respectively, as defined in No. 281\/26- 07-1918 final and unchallengeable by legal means (art.13, par.of Law 3463\/2006) decision of the administrative court of the Prefecture of Achaia and Elis and are depicted with coordinates according to EGSA 87, in the Topographic Diagram prepared by the Technical Service of D. Erymanthos (November 2017).
\nThe City Council after hearing the above suggestion and after an interactive discussion<\/p>\n
HAS DECIDED UNANIMOUSLY<\/p>\n
The acceptance of the administrative boundaries between the Municipalities of Erymanthos and Ancient Olympia along the P.C. of Drosia and Kryovrysi respectively, as defined in No. 281\/26- 07-1918 final and unchallengeable by legal means (art.13, par.1 of Law 3463\/2006), decision of the administrative court of the Prefecture of Achaia and Elis and depicted with coordinates according to EGSA 87, in the Topographic Diagram prepared by the Technical Service of D. Erymanthos (November 2017).
